Privacy Policy
How we handle the data behind comments and orders.
Last updated 28 September 2026
When you comment on our Facebook Page, we store your public name, your comment and our reply — only so we can answer you. We never sell it or use it for ads, and we delete it when you ask.
About this policy
PAX App is an internal order-management tool operated by PAX World Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data the app handles, why, and how you can have it deleted.
Facebook comments
We use PAX App to automatically like and reply to comments on our own Facebook Pages, through Meta’s official Graph API. When you comment on one of our Pages, we receive and store:
- your public Facebook name
- the Facebook user ID that Meta provides to our app
- the text of your comment, its ID, and the ID of the post
- the reply we posted to your comment, if any
We use this data only to reply to your comment — for example, to answer a question about a product’s price — and to keep a record of which comments we have answered, so we never reply to the same person twice on a post.
We do not receive your private messages, friends list, email address or any other part of your Facebook profile.
Store customers and staff
PAX App also processes order details that customers submit through our online stores (such as name, phone number and delivery address), and the account details of our staff. This data is used only to fulfil and deliver orders, and is shared only with the delivery company carrying the order.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our own servers. Access is limited to authorised staff, and access tokens for connected services are stored encrypted. We keep Facebook comment records only as long as they are needed to manage replies, and delete them on request.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing info@paxworld.co. See Data Deletion Instructions for what to include.
