Ask us to delete the data we hold about you.

In short

Email info@paxworld.co with your Facebook name and a link to your comment. We delete everything we hold about you within 30 days.

What we may hold

If you commented on one of our Facebook Pages, PAX App may hold your public Facebook name, the Facebook user ID Meta provides to our app, your comment, and our reply to it.

How to request deletion

Email us with the subject “Data deletion request” Email info@paxworld.co

Please include:

your Facebook name
a link to your comment, or the name of the Page and the post you commented on
whether you also want our public reply removed from Facebook

What happens next

We confirm your request by email and delete every record we hold about you within 30 days.

Deleting your comment on Facebook does not remove our record automatically, so please contact us even if the comment is already gone. Our replies on Facebook are public comments — if you ask, we remove those from the Page too.
